HI! My name is Caitlin Caldwell and I am a senior Communication Studies major at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Being a student at Bloomsburg has given me more than just an education. It is has given me friendships and memories that could not be replaced, and an appreciation for the life and opportunities that I have been given.
I am originally from Willow Grove, which is a small suburban town outside of the city of Philadelphia and about a 2 hour drive away from the town of Bloomsburg. I come from a close-knit family who I spend most of my free time with as well as a few friends that I have had since I was a toddler. I have an older brother (Bloomsburg Alumni '14) and a younger sister (junior at Bloomsburg) who are actually my best friends. I am blessed to have such a close relationship with each member of my family which I know many are not fortunate enough to have. My hobbies include: shopping, going to the gym, road trip scream singing, hanging out with my dog and nachos (yes, nachos). My fondest childhood memories stem from summer vacations at the Jersey Shore with my family which has been a tradition of ours since before I can remember.
Having such a supportive family background has really helped me with my success throughout my four years at Bloomsburg. After graduation, I plan to move back to Willow Grove and hopefully find employment in the city of Philadelphia.
